I am licensed in both Utah and Wyoming. I focus almost exclusively on

    • a health care power of attorney and

  • trust administration, and

• Business Planning, which includes
  • business formation, including
    • LLCs,
    • limited partnerships,
    • family limited partnerships,
    • corporations, and
    • partnerships, among other entities
  • business succession, and
  • governance.
• Gun trusts and firearms planning, a practice that stresses
  • the safe, legal transfer of guns, and
  • the safe, legal use of guns.

My business clients are small, closely held businesses, including famers and ranchers. My estate planning practice encompasses those same people as well as those who have inherited wealth and those concerned with things as mundane yet as important as guardians for their children.
